After completing her schooling from St. Xavier’s, Haldia and graduating in Computer Science from Dr. G. R. Damodaran College of Science, Coimbatore, Paromita Dutta began her career as a trainer with Indian Oil Corporation.
Her passion for teaching inspired her to take up full-time education roles across several schools and cities, where her insights and experience grew immensely.

In 2012, she decided to pursue her vision independently and went on to establish Converse E+ in 2016, with the goal of empowering learners through soft skills training in:
