Entrepreneur Visa
Service Proposal & Engagement Overview
Prepared by Visa Rapid
1. Introduction
Poland offers a clear and increasingly popular pathway for entrepreneurs and business owners to obtain residency by establishing a Polish company. Most clients register a spóลka z ograniczonฤ odpowiedzialnoลciฤ ("sp. z o.o." — the Polish equivalent of a GmbH or LLC) and apply for a temporary residence permit for the purpose of conducting business activity on the strength of that company.
Depending on your country of citizenship, you may also need a national visa (Type D) to travel to Poland before you can apply for the residence permit there. We will confirm exactly what applies to your situation.
Visa Rapid, in partnership with our Polish corporate and immigration law partners, provides end-to-end support across company registration, visa and residence permit filings, and — when you're ready — bringing your spouse and children to join you.
Why Your Business Case Is the Deciding Factor
Polish authorities reviewing a residence permit application for business purposes are really asking one question:
"Is this a genuine, viable business — not simply a vehicle to obtain residency?"
Company income ≥ 12x average monthly salary in the voivodeship, and employs ≥2 people on full-time indefinite contracts for ≥1 year
Alternative: demonstrating resources and a credible plan to get there through investment, job creation, technology transfer, or innovation
Most of our clients fall into the second category in year one. We build a financial model, hiring plan, and supporting documentation that gives the regional office a clear, credible picture of your business's trajectory.
What We Build For You
- โPolish market-entry plan tailored to your industry
- โHiring and employment plan (a core evaluation criterion)
- โRevenue projections and a 3-year financial model
- โEvidence of genuine business activity — contracts, invoices, client correspondence
- โDocumentation of your registered office, banking, and accounting setup
- โSupporting cover letter presenting your business case to the regional office
